Гарний район зі всім необхідним, хоч і трохи віддалений від центру. Комфортний міні-ЖК з закритою територією. Власник відкритий і порядний, готовий реагувати на побажання.

Бракує деяких атрибутів, як от: сміттєвого відра у ванній кімнаті, комоду чи прикроватної тумби. Матрац м'який. Тапки беріть з собою. Не зайвими також були б кава-чай-цукор - дрібничка, а гостю приємно. Якби не любителі гучно погазувати в т.ч. вночі, можна було б назвати тихим місцем.
