Будинок знаходиться майже в центрі міста,близько до Центрального ринку,до термальних комплексів пішки20-25хвилин. В будинку на три спальні було чисто,тепло.Є необхідний посуд.На подвір'ї альтанка та качеля,мангал(шампури та сітка є).Місце для авто на подвір'ї будинку.
Терміново потрібно замінити душову кабіну.

Місцерозташування неподалік центру та термального басейну « Спортбаза Закарпаття»
В будинку холодно, душова кабіна в жахливому стані ( дно кабінки заклеєне якимось чорним резиновим ковриком, що виглядає гидко), стіл і стільчики в кухні хитаються, подушки та ковдри зі збитих кусків синтепону. Посуд є, але враження що він зі смітника.
