Місцерозташування неподалік центру та термального басейну « Спортбаза Закарпаття»
В будинку холодно, душова кабіна в жахливому стані ( дно кабінки заклеєне якимось чорним резиновим ковриком, що виглядає гидко), стіл і стільчики в кухні хитаються, подушки та ковдри зі збитих кусків синтепону. Посуд є, але враження що він зі смітника.
