Palazzo Marage

There was a swimming pool and free parking. We had a room with a queen bed and a twin for our daughter. It was just what we needed for a night before our flight.

Very nice, attentive and kind members of staff. The 2 ladies from front office that we interacted the most were exceptional and very attentive with our needs. Thank you again for your kindness.

Just a suggestion, maybe some extra staff needed, especially at breakfast, it looked a little bit too much for just one person to take care of front office and refill breakfast items, serve coffees for guests, etc. And maybe a wider selection of items at breakfast would be a good idea.

We found the staff to be very approachable and friendly. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, cleanliness was truly 10/10. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options available. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. If I travel to Naples again in the future, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The bathroom was excellent and very clean every day over and over again. Also the room was huge. Most staff was very friendly.

The Palazzo Marage is located at a very busy and dirty road with a lot of crazy and dangerous drivers and a lot of traffic noise. The next circumvesuviana station is at a 15min walk from the hotel, so I can really not unterstand why people tell that this would be a good location. Breakfast was very monotonous (exact the same thing every day, for 7 days), not various and not a self service. Also, the house is very loud and you hear a lot from different rooms. You can't feel really a lot of privacy. There are cameras EVERYWHERE outside the rooms, even at the pool! In addition, there were 3 evenings at which other guests played loud music but nobody did ever say something. I would not recommend this hotel for a nice couple holiday.
