Wszystko było ok

The apartment was spacious, and the view of the Ionian sea was incredible…the Sun sets were ANAZING. Since the apartment is on the 6th floor and has a huge balcony, you get a fantastic view of the sea and the downtown area of Seranda. The manager was always available to help you if you had an issue, or if you had questions. She was very, very nice. There was a restaurant just steps out the front door of the apartment called the Riverview Restaurant. The owner really became our friend. He’s a fantastic guy and the restaurant serve good food. There were also a couple grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. Also, about a three minute walk up the road, there was a bus stop and it arrived once an hour at about the 45 minute mark. It will take you to central Seranda for 200 Albanian Lek total ($2.47 USD) or both my wife and me. Going the opposite direction, the bus took you Ksamal which is beautiful. There was also a great tour company we used called Albanian Mini Van Tours and we saw Blue Eye Spring, the Lëkurësi Castle, the Ottoman Castle at Gjirokastër, and so much more. The owner was very knowledgeable, it was VERY affordable, and the tour sizes were small, so you weren’t packed in like a bunch of sardines.

There’s only one thing I feel I should mention here… and I hesitate to say this because it is so common in Albania…especially on the first and top floors of the buildings. However, there was an area of mold on the wall in the bedroom. This comes from the humidity and it tends to appear in areas of the house/apartment where there lacks adequate circulation. It didn’t bother us, and we were there for three weeks…AND we would most definitely stay here again. But if you have mold, sensitivities, you need to take into consideration.

Wspaniały duży apartament z ogromnym tarasem i cudownym widokiem. 😍 Świetne wyposażenie. Było wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet więcej. Wspaniała obsługa. Pani Irini, zarządzająca apartamentem przyjechała w środku nocy żeby nas przywitać i przyjąć. Bardzo dziękujemy.
