The apartment was very spacious and very central located. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There was also a kitchen but we did not need to use it at all. It was very clean and sunny. The staff at the reception was polite and helpfull.
One of the negative points is that there is no elevator and we had to carry the luggage up to the 3rd floor.
One more minus point is that in the second bathroom the drainage was smelling pretty strong almost unpleasant to use.

Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen, direkt an der Promenade mit schönem Ausblick.
Das Parkhaus ist beschwerlich zu erreichen.
