A person was there who handed over the keys to me. He helped me with the keys and explained the various features of the apartment/property. Actually, I had in the previous year stayed at a property just next street. I wish I had know this that time as well as this was way beyond comparison both cost and facility wise. Excellent. I would love to be back here. The location was equidistant to both the bus terminal and the festival venue just 5-8 mins walk which was what I wanted. Also the area was also equally excellent with many shops and kioks where one could buy whatever one wanted. The most important was the kitchen items which made it a great one since I did all the cooking. The tea sachets and sugar were an added bonus. The apartment is also ideal for a business and working professional with many things suited to that profile. The host was simply great who was very kind and communicative with me for all needs though we could not meet face to face. In short, the apartment located on the second floor was ideal for me and very quite and blissful despite the busy night life around the area.

There is nothing to find fault at all. May be coffee sachets and possibly milk cartons and yoghurt box could have been a bonus for a pure vegetarian like me.

Great central location near shops, restaurants, and public transport, though outside the main spa area.

The furniture was a bit of a mishmash and felt like whatever was available at the time. The equipment would require an upgrade.

I was very easy to get into as the key locker was at the entrance and the host give us a comprehensive instructions on time (during check-in hours). There were no frying pans and pots, however the host provided us with them literally in 30 minutes at the first request. The apartment itself is small, however there was enough space for a couple for several days. It was completely comfortable. The great thing was that it's really quite place. Windows overlook the courtyard and there also no sound from neighbors. The location is perfect! Here is nothing more to add even. So for this price it is a great apartment. Bathroom was comfortable and spacious. Wi-Fi perfectly works.

It was a bit dusty on some hidden-from-view surfaces. The blinds on the kitten window were malfunctioning. Electrical kettle has not been descaled for a long time likely. There was a large and great TV, however it played radio stations only, no TV channels.
