This apartment is located at the heart of the city, it’s clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend it!

Everything was just perfect

Excellent location right in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Everything was within walking distance, including the famous Elephant Café just. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Nikola. He was incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish. He kindly picked us up from the bus station upon arrival and also helped us get back when we left. When we realised there was no hairdryer in the apartment, he brought us a brand-new one later that same evening. He gave us several excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to have a drink, all of which turned out to be great suggestions and really enhanced our stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, but what really made the difference was the combination of the unbeatable location and the outstanding hospitality. If you’re visiting Karlovy Vary, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, people, the apartment itself.

Everything was perfect!

Trams outside hotel make it quiet easy to get in to Old Town.

No breakfast tea or milk. Sports centre and swimming pool not free for guests which I found ridiculous and money grabbing. Breakfast was crowded and not particularly good quality.
