Makai 611 is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Bed sizes include 2 queen bed, and a new (2023) Queen sleep sofa, improved flooring, new TVs and new painting. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Approximately 2 blocks to the beach, convenient to nearly every event in Ocean City, minutes away and beach access and the best ocean view in the building from the balcony. Property rents any 4 nights in season and any 3 nights off season.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

Perfect spot for an ocean city get away. Room was close to all attractions, short easy walk to the beach. Property was easy to navigate, receptionists were extremely helpful at check in.

Overall the place was great. It’s in a great location and everything in the condo was in working order. The only thing that I gave a 4 rating to was the cleanliness of the room due to the floor in the living room and kitchen was sticky when we first arrived. Other than that, everything was fine. I would definitely rent the location again.

Condo was very clean and nice appearing, comfortable and equipped for all your needs !!
There were a few negatives though: Master bathroom sink does not drain, master bathroom toilet was not working properly (fixed that myself), bedroom door does not latch for privacy, guest bedroom bed was listed incorrectly so bed set we brought was incorrect, fridge door does not stay closed worth a crap, and the only other thing is the master bedroom does not get cool and theres no sleeping past sunrise in the master due to the sun lighting up the room like the fourth of July, other than them small blems id stay there again 4/5 stars
