All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was great, not too sleepy and still not crazy. We found it easy to get to all of our usual Ocean City favorites from this location.
I really can't say enough about the the condo. First of all, it is huge. Larger by far than other OC vacation rentals we have stayed at. There is a lot of gathering space between the kitchen table, the sofa area, AND the hightop table, all with lots of windows and light. Very spacious.
We loved the three bedrooms and the fact that each had a window facing the ocean. That was very nice having natural light in all of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and it is nice that Vacasa includes the linens and towels with the rental. It was great not having to haul them from home.
The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils for our stay (we didn't cook on our stay), and everything worked.
The paint and styling were very nice and appropriate for the ocean.
Location is just steps away from the beach. This was our first time trying ocean block versus ocean front, and it did not disappoint. I would happily give up direct ocean front for being almost the same distance to the beach, but getting this much space and in a really nice place.
301 Whispering Sands is a great place to spend your week at the ocean. Highly recommended.
Rental through Vacasa was really simple and trouble free, from the online booking, payments, keyless check-in upon arrival (no need to go to an office), the text notifications for check-in and check-out. The whole thing was easy. It was all around a great experience.

This location was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about the location, it was so close to everything we needed and quite convenient. We were a little dissapointed that the jacuzzi tub was broken, but it wasnt the end of the world, everything about our trip was much needed and we loved every minute from the games we played, although a couple games had some pieces missing, but we still managed to play and still had a fabulous time, and we really enjoyed family time together. We had a recent loss in our family and it's what our family needed and were very blessed and thankful and grateful for everything.

We were all impressed when entering the condo. Clean bright and welcoming. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the entire stay.
