The woods are teeming with whitetail deer, cardinals, owls, squirrels, and rabbits but you are close to all the main highways to get you where you need to be in Atlanta.

There is a Kroger, CVS, restaurants, shops, and even a brewery just 2 miles away. You're 18 minutes from the heart of Buckhead and 11 minutes from downtown Roswell. The Dunwoody Country Club is blocks away.

The apartment has separate Nest climate control from the rest of the home so you control the temperature in your space.

The furnishings are high-end and carefully selected with a neutral color palette. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a brand new mattress, topper and pillows, and extra soft linens. There is a ceiling fan as well as a box fan. Extra sheet sets are located in the bedroom closet.

The living room has a pullout sofa bed with a brand new memory foam queen mattress and topper for your guests. Enjoy a wide selection of books in the serenity of this quiet location. There is a smart TV that has Netflix, Prime Video as well as other apps which you can log into for your streaming enjoyment. With all those options, we don’t subscribe to cable TV but can provide an antenna for you to catch the local channels if desired.

Calling all foodies! The kitchen is brand new, sleek and modern, and is equipped with formal place settings for six as well as a full range of stemware and cookware. There is a blender, microwave, toaster and an oven with range. Dine at your oversized island or the stainless steel table. As coffee is crucial, you'll find a french press, Nespresso, a traditional coffee maker as well as a coffee grinder to prepare your java the way you like it.
