The whole house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a safe location and a peaceful backyard and terrace. It provides parking spaces for three cars, making you feel at home. Located in the center and conveniently, it takes only 6 minutes by car to reach the 1.4 million square foot North point mall, 9 minutes to reach the Avalon shopping street with high-end shops, dining options, and entertainment venues, and 12 minutes to reach the historic Old Mill Park with waterfalls, covered bridges, hiking trails, and Chattahoochee River This small house can easily accommodate 6 people. The living room is equipped with a 65 inch TV and Netflix, 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, 1 bedroom is equipped with a standard queen size bed, and the master bedroom is equipped with a 55 inch TV. There are three bathrooms in total, two of which have bathtubs. Full sized washing machine and dryer, kitchen utensils with complete seasonings for cooking.

We were either the first or second renters for this property. The house is as advertised and the family enjoyed being able to spread out and relax in the house. We had some initial concerns being in a condo, but the entire neighborhood was very quietlocation

Property was as described. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. I contacted property manager and their response was quick and helpful.
Would definitely stay in the property again.
