Sea views modern villa for relaxing holidays

Very close to neighbours, no blinds so difficult to open shutters upstairs to open windows. Pool area messy and pool tired

The villa is located in a private estate and is very secure. The facilities are excellent with everything you need for a restful holiday. It is a short walk to the sea front and approximately 20 mins from the main part of Costa Teguise. There are restaurants and small supermarkets close by. We can recommend the restaurant/bar Los Amigos, just up from the seafront path. Below is feedback which we feel would make the experience even better and by no means a complaint.: 1. A villa folder containing; Information about operating the various devices, TV particularly. A note about the key which operates the door at the top of the passageway to the road. An explanation of where to take the household rubbish as the bins are not easily found. 2. A new, larger, toaster to replace an old one with small slots which doesn't take a standard slice of bread.

There was a greasy smell in the kitchen which we found came from the cooker hood, particularly the top. It just needs a good clean.

Second time staying at this rental, and just as good as the first. Two adults, two teenagers. Great location, within walking distance to local shops/bars/restaurants in Playa Bastian, slightly longer walk into Costa Teguise. Property has everything you could need for a "home away from home". Host always goes over and above to assist with any queries or issues. Pool cleaned twice a week and remainder of property is spotless. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa in a great location only a 20 min walk from the centre of Costa Teguise. Great pool which was cleaned multiple times during our stay. Our host Malika was very helpful and pleasant.
