Świetna lokalizacja przy bulwarze z super widokiem na Odrę i wygodnym balkonem, na którym miło spożywało się posiłki. Apartament wygodny i dobrze wyposażony oraz umeblowany w przemyślany sposób. Ładnie i gustownie.
Czystość troszkę do poprawki (w szafce kuchennej pomiędzy czyste naczynia były powkładane talerze z okruchami, a na podłodze przy kanapie leżał odłamany tips, co w pierwszej chwili popsuło dobre wrażenie).
