Kompaktowy apartament, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony (żelazko, suszarka, lodówka, przybory kuchenne). Miejsce parkingowe pod samym budynkiem. Elastyczny gospodarz (przedłużenie o 2h pory wymeldowania). Ogólnie baaaardzo pozytywne doświadczenia.
Apartament jest usytuowany na parterze i czasem bywa głośno "pod oknami", ale to już nie wina gospodarza.

Budynek z zewnątrz i podwórko nie prezentowały się najlepiej, ale wnętrze bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Lokalizacja znakomita. Wszędzie bardzo blisko, nie musiałam korzystać z samochodu, ani komunikacji miejskiej. Jeżeli kiedyś zaplanuję wyjazd do Zielonej Góry, to będę starała się wynająć to samo mieszkanie.
W mieszkaniu zdecydowanie przydałaby się chociaż mała lodówka, szczególnie, że trafiłam na bardzo gorące dni.
