Dużo miejsc parkingowych za budynkiem. Apartament był dość duży jak na tę cenę.
Korytarze budynku były bardzo stare, brudne i śmierdzące.

Mimo sąsiedztwa i wyglądu klatki schodowej, które mogą przerazić, nie spotkała nas żadna nieprzyjemność, było cicho (bez libacji i awantur), do tego świetna lokalizacja i bezpłatny parking. Ładny wystrój wnętrz mieszkania, było przytulnie i ciepło.
Zdecydowanie czystość jest do poprawy: zaczęliśmy pobyt od zamiecenia podłogi i było co zbierać. Miało to znaczenie przy raczkującym dziecku. Do tego jedna rolka papieru WC na tydzień, podobnie jeden worek na śmieci.

Apartament ma super lokalizację i jest wizualnie stylowy. Przy bliższym użytkowaniu widać mankamenty (czystość, komfort spania).
Komfort spania: kanapa w pokoju z tv nie nadaje się dla 2 osób (po rozłożeniu jej połowa to deska z obiciem bez materaca) Lozko małżeńskie- stelaż ma awarie i albo śpisz w leju po bombie albo cale łóżko jest niestabilne. Czystość - girlandy z pajęczyn nie dodają uroku. Wyposażenie- niektóre elementy wymagają naprawy/wymiany (np fragmenty armatury prysznicowej)
