The kids enjoyed it so much, we directly came back a few weeks later.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a nice playground for the children in the garden. However the best thing was the Koeningscard, which gave access to a large range of great activities, all for free.

The bathroom was very clean, had a bit of a smell. And we didn't like that you needed to order bread and pastries for breakfast via an app.

Nice place

The room is nice. It was well-equipped and clean. There's a nice garden with a playground for the kids. We also got cards that provide discounts for activities in the area.

It seemed from the photos that there's a bedroom and a living room with a folding bed. In reality, it's actually all the living room, with a curtain separating the place where the parents sleep. This meant that there was light and noise from the living room. In addition, the parents' bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable - it was in a slope or something.

Wonderful accommodation

Wonderful accommodation, the room was really cosy and beautiful! Loved the view from the room, facing the vast fields around the place. The surrounding environment is indeed really beautiful and well kept! I would totally come back again

Nice quiet stay in Bavaria!

The location is really good. Everything in fussen is very expensive. So, this price point was amazing and just a 15 min drive to fussen. I was there for work so didn't get to enjoy the area too much. However, looks like a great spot for families. It's green and a lot to see and explore as far as the nature goes! My room was very clean and nice. Has everything that you would need. I believe they did a bread delivery but I didn't use this. Bought some food at the grocery store for my breakfasts. Owners are extremely nice!

The only complaint I can say is that the wi-fi isn't amazing (could have been my specific room). Other than that, everything was really good!

Apartment 7 not to recommend

The location and staff was friendly and helped with issues. It was clean.

Sooo many details that are important for a family of 4 were not in place. Cheap and unstable furniture on the balcony that ended in knocked over glasses almost every time we ate outside (smaller kids move around and do not sit quietly) - defect sunshade, not enough cutlery and extreme poor kitchen equipment, poor quality and tiny flatscreen tv with only few channels and way too far away from the couch, no knives in general, want you to sort garbage but not enough garbage bags, wifi would cut us off all the time when streaming netflix, we left two days earlier than planned. This is ONLY about apprtment 7! Really disappointing. The house, surroundings location and people were good!!!

Immersa nel verde

Struttura tranquilla, ben attrezzata. Ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la regione e se si cerca quiete e relax. La casa aveva tutto quello di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Manca il bidet ma ovunque all'estero è così.

Idyllisch, ruhig, für Familien mit Kindern optimal.

Sehr schön gelegen. Total idyllisch. Mit schönem Spielgelände für Kinder. Küche bei uns klein, aber alles soweit vorhanden. Betten waren bequem.

Leider bei hohen Temperaturen sehr warm im Appartement unterm Dach. Es könnten zudem 1-2 Mülltüten mehr vorhanden sein, damit man die Mülleimer zwischen durch leeren könnte.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Garten, Pool und Spielplatz, ruhig und direkter Einstieg für`s Radfahren

Die Lage direkt am Fahrradweg zum Hopfen- und Forggensee war optimal. Auch der Fahrradschuppen war sehr praktisch. Jedes Auto hatte immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Vom Balkon eine tolle Aussicht. Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Absoluter Pluspunkt: Viele Haken und Garderoben um alles aufzuhängen. Im Bad war Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife und ein Fön vorhanden. Garten mit Pool und gegenüber ein Spielplatz für die Kids. Sehr ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb von Seeg. Einkaufsmarkt in Seeg sehr gut sortiert. Königscard mit vielen kostenfreien Erlebnissen inklusive!

Gerne hätte ich das Handtuch mal ausgetauscht. Der Service war in der Gästemappe beschrieben aber leider waren keine Handtücher in der vorgesehenen Kommode im Flur verfügbar. Die Küchenzeile war wirklich sehr klein. Zwar gut ausgestattet aber von der Arbeitsfläche winzig. Leider gab es keinen Ofen. Das könnte man vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnen. Der Fernseher könnte ein paar mehr Sender einspeichern, wie z.B. ZDF

Zu weit weg von der Ortschaftt, man sollte vielleicht eine Getränkeaitomat aufstellen damit man sich abends nochmal was holen kann. Ansonsten alles im grünen Bereich👍

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit und würde jederzeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal mit einem phantastischen Blick über Wiesen und in die Berge.

Echt helemaal top!

De locatie met het uitzicht, via het balcon, op de Alpen is geweldig. Je kunt in de omgeving heel veel dingen doen en bezoeken. De gratis verstrekte "Königscard" maakt het je daarbij makkelijker, want je kunt met deze "Card" voor niets met het lokale OV en ook gratis in meerdere andere attracties, zoals diverse "Bergbahnen". Het is er stil en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals keuken, zitkamer, aparte douche en toilet en een slaapkamer. De host is een sympathieke man die via e-mail vrij snel antwoord geeft op vragen. Wij gaan dit adres onthouden.....

Eigenlijk niets, het enige is dat er hier en daar teveel ledlicht is . Maar dat los je op door wat lampjes los te draaien......

Paradiso immerso nel verde

Struttura accogliente nel verde della Baviera. Appartamento pulitissimo e vista mozzafiato. Cucina con tutto l’occorrente per cucinare in casa (particolarmente comoda per noi che abbiamo viaggiato con nostro figlio di otto mesi). Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. Presenta una servita area bimbi con vari giochi. Torneremo sicuramente per più giorni.
