Living and dining area is open and airy with lots of natural sunlight with seating for up to four people. In addition, Dining table provides seating for up to four people. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 drawers below for plenty of storage for clothes. Full size closet perfect for hanging clothes and includes a small ironing board and iron.
Bathroom has a new expansive walk in shower, tile flooring, new sink and elongated comfort height toilet.
Apartment is above a heated garage and includes a private entry way and mudroom along with a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Outdoor area includes a patio, table and chairs with seating for up to four people, a new Webber Grill and grill utensils.
There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property. Please note the main house on the property is a year round home.

Lovely property. Well maintained, well stocked, clean and bright. A great option for a couple or 2-3 people. Full kitchen, living and dining area. Great bathroom. Plenty of towels, etc. Really pretty and well maintained property close to the beach. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is very well equipped, with everything one might need, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and chairs. It's in a great location close to the beach. We hope to be back next year.
