See the Ocean and the River from this Awesome One Bedroom! Second floor private deck with a view of the ocean and the Saco River. Neatly equipped living space with a large sleeper sofa suitable for a couple extra guests. On the same block as the ocean, you're just a few steps from the beach. Check out the river for fishing, paddleboarding, parasailing, jet skiing, Hout's for historically amazing food. It's just a beautiful and amazing community. You’re gonna love it. WiFi, flatscreen smart TV with streaming. full size appliances etc. Best of all the beach if I failed to mention that. Any questions please feel free to reach out.

My daughters and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t be happier. Amazing location just a block from the beach, and within 20 minutes of other great beaches. The neighborhood has a chill vibe, a nice general store, a seafood restaurant with excellent hot and buttered lobster rolls (though you can get the other kind too). Overall an excellent stay.

This was a great property! Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband- this is a short walk from a beautiful private (and super quiet, kid and pet friendly) beach. We took day trips to Portland, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport, great towns all under an hour away. Also close to the Old Orchard Beach pier, and the towns of Saco and Biddeford are worth exploring as well. Super cute, cozy and clean in a great location with friendly locals. Would recommend!

It was cozy and charming. Great location, clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it to friends.
