Holiday home in Puerto del Carmen 13 minutes walk from the beach and the old town, just outside the center of Puerto del Carmen, holiday home Luis 4 combines an ideal location with its luxurious outdoor area for an exceptionally relaxing holiday experience. The holiday home features colorful, tasteful decor and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside, the furnished patio offers a place to share fresh meals together and sunbathe in absolute privacy while the private pool - heated throughout the entire year - invites guests to refresh themselves under Lanzarote’s clear sky at any time of day. Due to its optimal location, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2-minute walk away while charming harbour of Old Town is about a 13-minute walk or 1.1 km from the villa. To reach the popular beach Playa Blanca, visitors need only walk 12-minute walk, where they can stretch out on the dark gold sand and listening to the water rolling up on shore. For golf lovers, it is additionally only a 3-minute drive to the closest golf course.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Lanzarote Airport is 9 km or 10-minute drive from the holiday home.
The heating of the pool is always on for free. The machine is fully automatic: it turns on when necessary and turns off when the water reaches the optimum temperature to swim (about 25 or 26°C). The temperature is then at its maximum and cannot be raised. Please note that pool towels are not provided and there is unfortunately no hair dryer.
Parties are not allowed.

Beautiful villa, spacious great facilities and very clean. Pool is lovely my kids hardly got out, we were able to have bbqs in evenings and watch films on Netflix to relax together and with Lidl only round the corner really helped. Everything in walking distance beach/shops/bars/resturants/shopping plaza and harbour only 10min walk away

The villa was great for what we were looking for (relax by the pool and some sun). Location is a reasonable walk from bars/restaurants, however the Lidl supermarket is only 5 mins away so perfect for self catering. When it rains, the door/ceiling to the pool area leaks but nothing you can't avoid.

There were a couple of faults that seemed to be ongoing that nobody probably couldn’t be bothered to report, however when we did report them they were acted on quickly and efficiently. The property was spacious and comfortable

Accomodation was as explained. It was ok for us as use to walking but location would nt be suitable fr those with smaller children as approx. a mile away from the centre. Property didn't have great views, other villas and main road which could be a little noisy at certain times. Overall when you weigh up price to facilities this was well worth the money
$$$$
