A few minutes' walk from the fantastic bay of Cala Ginepro is the Acqua Marina vacation home, part of a small residence. The apartment has a living room with sofa, a functional kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with the beds joinable, a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, and a crib for a
fee. Outside you will find a communal garden with Mediterranean plants, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
There is also a communal swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds for proper relaxation. You can reach a supermarket and a small selection of restaurants in Monte Petrosu, a 6-minute drive (2.9km) away. Enjoy a relaxing vacation under the warm sun, prepare delicious meals or end the evening with an aperitif overlooking the pool.
The natural beach of Punta Molara is right in front 600 meters from the front door, and other beaches are a max. 15 minutes' drive away.
Cala Ginepro beach, sand, pebbles and rocks, is 600 meters from the rental, 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, and Cala Girgolu bay 3.5 km away is 6 minutes by car, Brandinchi beach, as well as Lu Impostu and Porto Taverna beaches are 5 km away.
The sandy La Cinta beach in San Teodoro is 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes away by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and especially in the evening there is
a populated movida of teens and adults. Please note that the Wi-Fi signal strength is optimal outside, inside, the signal may decrease. The house is equipped with the following facilities at
