About this villa rental
The beautiful vacation home “Finca Sanchez” is situated on a plot with olive trees outside of S’Illot, in the east of Mallorca near Porto Cristo, and is ideal for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The 200 m² country home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the bedrooms), fans, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby crib and a highchair (both on request). From the balcony on the first floor, you can look all the way to the sea. The wonderful private outdoor area with a 36 m² pool also comprises an open/covered terrace and a garden for you to relax and spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the barbecue. There are also deck chairs, a lounge area and a playground area for children. The sandy beach of Cala Morlanda can be reached in just eight minutes on foot and invites you to take swims in the clear blue water and bask in the sunshine. Along the beach promenades you will also find restaurants with local seafood, supermarkets, cafés, shops and a pharmacy. Porto Cristo can be reached after a 4-minute drive (3.5 km), and the famous dripstone caves “Coves d’Arta” are only a 15-minute drive or 14 km from the property. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 60-minute drive (67 km), as well as the city’s airport.

Very nice accommodation with very helpful host/local contact.
Nice rooms, very well equipped kitchen, great pool with good outside space. Very effective air con in all bedrooms.
A few little niggles - dishwasher was not clean - filter very dirty. Drain in one shower required unblocking and the filter needed cleaning.
Parasols around pool were somewhat inadequate - mostly damaged or broken
Overall very good accommodation and value for money.

Pros: Check in, beliggenhed, flere badeværelser og svømmepool.
Cons: Vi var en uge og efter 4 dage trængt poolen til en omgang da vi badede meget. Det kunne være godt med rengøring af poolen en ekstra gang under ugentligt ophold.

Pros: Casa muy cómoda y grande, zona piscina grande, cocina muy equipada. Tranquilidad y siempre con viento con dos zonas de trrraza. Hemos podido aprovechar mucho el Ping Pong.
Cons: Falta de aire acondicionado en cocina y salón. Calas cercanas no muy cómodas y prácticas.
