About this villa rental
With a view of the sea, the property Sa Copinya in Son Servera is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.
The house boasts a private outdoor area with a pool and a barbecue. The pool is not available in January, February and December.
The house has direct access to the sea and beach from the garden and is located in Port Verd, a very well-known tourist area.
3 parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.

Pros: There's everything you need for a vacation with family, especially small kids. We loved the garden and the little pool; as we have small kids it was safe for them to not fall into the pool (you have to climb into it). We did not miss anything. The location is convenient not far from restaurants and a nice beach 2 minutes further North.
The sea front location is also nice, although we didn't use the beach that much as there was a lot of sea grass (normal for this season). We would come back. :-)
