Villa Stella is situated in the green vegetation of the island of Sardinia close to the heart of the town of Pula. It is part of the Stella Marina Residence and has direct beach access. The holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also included. The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to have relaxing holidays - a wide, lovingly planted garden surrounded by a high hedge offers a great deal of privacy so that you can relax carefree on one of the comfortable sun loungers. A special highlight is the large, covered terrace, which is equipped with a long table and surrounded by 2 stone barbecues. Here you can spend unforgettable evenings with the whole family over a delicious meal and leave the stress of everyday life behind! A supermarket is 300 m or a 6-minute walk away and a restaurant is a 12-minute walk (1 km) away. The Is Molas golf course is 7 km away. while the open theatre Forte Arena is about a 5-minute walk away by foot. There are also thermal baths in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Cagliari, with a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, historical sights and the airport, is 53 minutes by car or 45.2 km away. The town of Pula is 10 minutes away by car where you will find, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, local shops and theater events. Shops are open until midnight in the historic and vibrant centre of Pula. For a relaxing day under the sun you can walk 3 minutes or 210 m to the sandy beach Spiaggia di Stella Marina. Refresh yourself here in the turquoise waves and tan on the warm sand. In addition, private beach access is available to you and the other villas in the residential complex.
