This superb luxury villa has just been renovated in spring 2022, and is located in a panoramic position, with a private infinity swimming pool & jacuzzi, breathtaking views and just a stroll from the sandy beach.
The villa extends on two levels with:
On the upper/entrance level:
- living and dining area, opening up onto the large sheltered veranda, overlooking the pool, with superb sea views
- spacious, built in kitchen, enjoying sea views
Pool terrace:
- Private swimming pool with jacuzzi
- Built in BBQ
- Dining table (modern design), seating for 10

On the lower level:

This property is perfect! Beautiful kitchen:dining/ living area that opens to a huge deck with multiple seating options and a beautiful pool. The view is absolutely mesmerizing! We could have stayed here for the entire week and just enjoyed the view! Kitchen is very well stocked - we cooked a few times and enjoyed breakfast and after dinner drinks on the deck every day/night. Centrally located between Cagliari and Pula and Teulada where we took an awesome boat trip. Don’t hesitate to book this it is magnificent!
