We are in Torre delle Stelle and it is by no means a coincidence ... .. We are in a place from the sea as extraordinary as suggestive, so much to be chosen to build, this beautiful villa, distributed on 3 levels.
Excellent internal distribution that sees a succession of large living areas, but also many bedrooms with dedicated toilets, in addition to the veranda, the garden, the balcony and the terrace and of course the parking spaces on the ground floor.
Arrival in this beautiful property located just 5 minutes from the beaches, but elevated and far enough away from the goings of the bathers. I look through the windows and I am struck by a view that leaves you breathless, then I can not help but go out on the large terrace and get lost in front of what I see.
Because what I see is truly one of a kind. In fact, there is no other property in the area with these well-distributed internal spaces.
Featuring several furnished terraces, Villa Patty is located directly on the sea in Torre delle Stelle and offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available. The living room / kitchen overlooks the sea and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Complete with an oven, a kitchenette, a stovetop and a microwave. There is a large dining table for 12 people. This solution is a COMPLETE VILLA has 5 bedrooms and all have their own private bathroom shower and hairdryer. The solution also offers 1 sofa bed. Genn'e Mari Beach is a 10-minute drive away and boasts crystal clear sea and white sand. Cagliari is 39 km away and Cagliari. The villa is spread over 3 levels with beautiful views from every room and from the large terrace. Here you can spend time pampering yourself for a real luxury in our era at Villa Patty.

This property is exceptional. What a treat to stay here! It was well-equipped and very clean. We had one meal cooked for us, which was amazing! The view is out of this world. Without a doubt, it gets the highest rating!!!!

Our group (9 people in total) stayed at this wonderful villa for 8 days in August 2024. Our hosts Patrizia and Marina have been very responsive, both before and during our stay. First, I have to stay “what a spectacular villa!”; it is exactly as portrayed in the pictures; it’s modern, clean, extremely well maintained and manicured, both inside and outside. The infinity pool with views is outstanding. During our stay, we also enjoyed an authentic Sardinian dinner, prepared by Marina and her team, which was absolutely delicious (they set-up and clear out everything, so you don’t need to lift a finger – just enjoy a great home-cooked meal). We would highly recommend this house on your next trip to Sardinia. Our only constructive feedback would be that we could have used an American-style coffee maker (we are from North America), and that the wifi could have been a bit stronger (they were about to upgrade their wifi equipment, which they received while we were staying there). But that doesn’t take away from our great this property is. Truly enjoyed our stay in Sardinia.

This villa was more than we dreamt of. The trip was a friends and family get together which we used as a base camp for my son's wedding to a local Sardinian woman. Guests ranged in age from 20-70 and everyone loved it. There have been few rentals where the reality exceeds the photos, but this one did that and some. Lots of room for privacy amongst guests, close to beach if you want or stay in and enjoy the pool, all wonderful. I cannot say enough and I haven't even begun to mention Marina who is an amzing cook and just a wonderful person. Her meals (you can make arrangements thru owner) were definitely the highlight of the day. Patrizia was always available for assistance when we needed her. Just a wonderful trip, there is already talk of returning!

This property is excellent. Views beyond description. The ocean from every room. Well appointed. Lots of room for our group of 6. I think you could fit up to 10 comfortably. The owner was very accommodating and Marina was a home run. She filled our refrigerator with all of the groceries we needed in advance of our arrival. She also cooked 2 exceptional authentic Sardinian meals for us. It was located only an hour from the Airport. Close to many beaches, hiking paths etc. We loved the home and would have preferred to stay.
