About this villa rental
Detached villa on the sea in Pula, Santa Margherita, bordering the Forte Village Resort, living room, kitchen, patio facing the sea, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, garden of approx. 2700, whirlpool with sea view, outdoor salt water infinity pool with sea view, direct access to the sea, in a closed condominium with caretaker. Villa in an exclusive position directly on the sea. Fresh, reserved, independent, comfortable; ideal for the family who wants every comfort. The patio is the pivot of the house, the element that creates continuity of indoor and outdoor spaces, connecting them in a fluid and homogeneous way. The feeling is that of living in a single living room-patio-terrace that allows you to enjoy the view and the scent of the sea and that transforms the exterior into the interior and vice versa. The garden surrounding the house is completely fenced, very safe for children and bordered by a large sandy beach which can be accessed directly; since the beach is reserved for condominiums only, there is never a large influx of bathers. The feeling is that of having the sea at home, as if it were a private swimming pool. The sea has shallow waters, ideal for children but also for safe swimming. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bedroom with 2 single beds, each bedroom has its own private internal bathroom, there is also a bathroom serving the entire house, a small bedroom. with bed for possible collaborator, covered patio, sun loungers, garden, outdoor shower, with hot water, charcoal “weber” barbecue. The Internet is free and it is WI-FI. The beach below the house and the whole situation in general are perfect for one or two families with children who want the best for their holiday. The villa borders the Forte Village Resort and is located inside a closed condominium so it is very safe from outside access.

We loved staying at Villa Alma. It's a beautiful property, clean, extremely well equipped, great views and lovely pool area and just a short walk from the beach. The villa exceeded our expectations and we would most definitely return. The owners were kind, considerate and helped us throughout. It was perfect. Grazie!

Bellissima villa in posizione eccezionale... direttamente sulla spiaggia con mare bello e povo profondo, ottimo anche per chi ha bimbi piccoli. L'unica nota negativa é la vicinanza del forte village che a volte tra feste e animazione puo essere rumoroso.
