Absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. House was spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Questions to host were responded quickly however, pool was unusable 50% of time we rented. Other concerns were addressed to owner directly. Furniture in TV room was uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable and did have a new washer and dryer. Overall, we felt property was overpriced.

So we’ve stayed at this house previously and we enjoyed it so we rebooked it. Unfortunately we ran into several issues this time: Pros - The house is in a nice neighborhood and has a nice backyard - There are plenty of rooms to spread out in the house Cons - We actually found a set of baby pants under the sink that were full of poop. Obviously this made the whole bathroom stink and I’m not sure how someone who supposedly cleaned the house missed this. This made us wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly that we weren’t aware of. - The sink in the bathroom leaked water all over the floor. The owner was responsive to my messages and said he would address the issues but overall we were disappointed in our stay this time.

House was clean and very inviting. We had a wonderful time and felt at home. The backyard was beautiful and the kids loved the playground, really made it so much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was there and communication with the property manager was always pleasant and very responsive.

house itself was clean but had issues with the provided amenities, first issue was the pool was in very bad shape after arriving on first day, large amount of trash on top of water and at the bottom including a large amount of Algie and dirt also pumps were not on circulating through filter, reached out to the owner on Friday and did not get a response until the next day (last day of rental) he sent someone out at midday but all they did was screen the top and throw a couple of chlorine tablets in which we were then told we had to wait another 4 hours before we could get in (7pm) after 8pm the pool was still very dirty, a game room was also listed to be available but after going into the garage of where it was supposed to be located all that was found was a non-working tv, couple of cords hanging and half a couch, the surround sound system that they said was provided did not work properly and cannot be turned up. family was really let down by the pool because that is the main reason we booked this house and to not be able to use it the entire trip was a real let down.

The pool was dirty. We found glass in pool from beer bottle, there was absolutely no Kleenex in the property anywhere. The pool says it is supposed to be heated and on timer. The pool when we got there was in the 60s. Too dirty and cold to swim. Finally, the home definitely needs more washcloths. Other than these things it was a very nice stay. Clean. Local to most Everything. And easy to get around.

Pros: - Easy self check-in process - Spacious - Nice backyard playground - Close to lots of stores - Pool (though we didn’t use it) - No ridiculously long “check-out” process - Separate upstairs and downstairs thermostats Cons: - Only ONE tv in the entire house - Unclear and confusing instructions for accessing tv channels (including wrong wifi password) - Unclear instructions for how to turn on fireplace (gas or electric?) - One bedroom is in the same room as the washer and dryer - Cheap-feeling home and furnishings (broken and loose floor tiles, stained carpet stairs, grime and dirt on many surfaces, hard water stains, stained towels and washcloths, dirty dish rack, loose door knobs, broken door locks, stained couches) - Lots of glass and random knick-knacks on first floor, have to be extra careful if bringing kids Overall, the stay was fine and the rental price matched the home. It got the job done.

The house was beautiful and so very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and even in the hot El Paso heat, the house stayed relatively cool. I really enjoyed the outside area, beautifully landscaped with plenty of shade. An awesome outdoor grilling area! When I had questions, the owner was very quick to answer back and very courteous. Will definitely be back if we stay in El Paso again.

Home had everything we needed for our stay. We had 5 adults. There was plenty of room in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Fully stocked w/towels, soaps, TP, in the bathrooms & lots of pots/pans & dishes in the kitchen. House was clean & comfortable. Definitely a great first experience w/VRBO. As a side note the owner was very accommodating. Originally had another property booked for over 7 months & it fell thru. With less than a month to find a place, Jaime made this process less stressful by holding the property until our refund was credited from the other home & answering my questions. Appreciate how easy it was to communicate w/him throughout our trip when needed as well. Definitely a great choice!

This property really feels like a home away from home. It has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance. We had a very peaceful stay. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, though we had few. And the heated pool was just what the doctor ordered. My 4-legged children loved it as well. Highly recommend!

Location was great. We felt safe. Nice yard for dogs. EP fitness, Albertsons, Starbucks, Target, Salon, Car wash all close by. Easy to navigate around area. House was nice, a bit outdated, we felt like we stepped into the 80's. House could use a Good cleaning. A king bed in the master would be beneficial. We enjoyed our stay, owner was fast to answer questions. Would stay again!

From the moment we arrived, the house exceeded our expectations. Not only was it extremely clean, but well furnished and in a great area! The kids had a blast in the huge back yard playing soccer and on the jungle gym. The pool was heated which was great for after dinner swimming. Also the house and kitchen is very spacious to have family over for dinner. When we come to El Paso this is the only place we will be staying from this point forward, thanks so much Jamie!

My family really enjoyed this property. We rent homes all the time and this was the first time that we rented that they had everything you needed. Shampoo hair dryer flat irons curling irons. There was mosquito spray, perfumes hairspray lotion, suntan lotion. All toiletries, trash bags dishwashing soap hand soap, everything you could possibly need. We were impressed! The pool was great, we enjoyed it. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean and smelled really fresh. It was beautifully decorated and a great place to spend your vacation. Very close to stores eateries and Starbucks. Would we rent here again??? Hell yes!!! Next time we come we will hopefully be able to rent this place again. Owner was very responsive and we really appreciated that.

Celebrating my husbands birthday!

My husband and I traveled to El Paso from Houston to celebrate his birthday and to spend time with family. Your house was more than what the pics showed. The house was equipped with everything we needed to rest & relax and near shopping & restaurants. What stood out the most was that Mr. Velasco was quick to respond to all my communications to him. This house is by far the best we have stayed in since using VRBO for our vacations. I highly recommend this home and hope to keep staying here for future visits.
