Nice place with great view and HORRIFIC parking.

Great view and wonderfully renovated home.

Parking was atrocious. If you have anything bigger than a small size vehicle, do NOT rent this place. The neighbor has vehicles all over the place that makes it near impossible to pull in/out of the highly pitched driveway. You also have to pull over at the street ahead, put your vehicle in reverse and back up all the way to the driveway and then pray you do not hit one of the many vehicles the neighbor has as you inch your way in reverse into the driveway. You asked me why my rating was inconsistent with the other factors. PARKING IS WHY!!!!! People need to know this critical fact before they lay down the money for this place. It was NOT cheap.

Time for a new management team..

The owner provides lot of great stuff in this little cottage for guests - a vitamixer, a kitchen full of supplies for entertainment, etc. Very thought out. It has a beautiful view. Nice outdoor area, no direct access to water.

It wasn't cleaned. The back bedroom was left in complete disarray and unusable. The bed wasn't made, blankets and pillows left randomly in the room, etc. The other bed did not have fresh sheets and was unuseable as well. The owner has this run by a management company, Vasaca. They have a corporate team and a local team. Corporate team answered the phones, but local team would not. Corporate put a emergency help ticket to local team to get our room clean. Local team NEVER reached out or contacted us. Local team was completely missing in action. We asked for a discount and they gave is 10% off even though we couldn't use the back bedroom and had to remove dirty sheets off the other bed to sleep. Discount should have been at least 50% off. Parking- this house is cramped between other houses and has quite a slope to get in.

The house was very cozy and the view was spectacular!

I felt it was a little over priced and the photos a little deceiving. There is no land really to spend time on outside other then the deck. It's very small (cozy for 2 and maybe a small child) location is a little weird.

I like how easy everything was when you got there. It was very clean and cozy. Love the view and having a full kitchen. We got fresh fish and cook two nights. Had a great time. Good place to stay.
