A great location just across the road from the beach in a nice quiet street. Fingal is an excellent surf beach for the whole family with waves that aren't too big. The house is very comfortable with everything you need including a selection of board games. Just a note, when I booked the ad showed the bed configuration as 1 single in the 3rd bedroom. This bed is actually a trundle, so if you have 4 kids there are adequate beds.

The location was amazing and made our stay.
We have 2 adult children and unfortunately, the single beds were not big enough for them to sleep comfortably. While everything worked, there is evident wear and tear. Eg. We had to use a length of wood to "lock" the sliding doors onto the verandah and the screen is torn. The knob on the main bedroom fan is loose and must be removed to use the dial correctly. Nothing a little TLC. wouldn’t fix.

- Location close to the beach/park - Great wifi & wall mounted TV with Apple TV unit (all life savers for kids) - Small stock of board games included, (also life saver for kids) - Fully loaded kitchen will all you'll need for cooking - Ample, if basic, backyard
- Some bugs/spiders about - even after an initial sweep. Could just be the season. - Some light globes out / not working. There was some spares we later found though in the cupboard. - Whilst it didn't effect us, if you wanted to park in the garage(s) provided, you'll need to conquer a steep driveway/rear stairs - Vaccum didn't work - Bathroom is functional, but outdated
