The size was generous

Good location - easy access (5-10 min drive) to nelson bay, shoal bay beaches and restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
Property had good facilities.
Cleanliness - quite a few cobwebs around; esp in the rooms at ground floor and patio.
Fans or Aircon not available in all bedrooms
Mattresses on bunk beds - not at all comfortable. We could feel the springs within the mattresses and hurting our back while sleeping

Location was great
Not overly clean,
Did not provide linen, towels.
Plates were dirty probably because there was no dishcloths, washing up liquid or tea towels.
