About this house rental
Welcome to the Fingal Bay Panorama, a brand new designer home in much-loved Fingal Bay. Its elevated position affords it truly spectacular panoramic views over iconic Fingal Bay Beach, the Pacific Ocean, Fingal Spit, and Fingal Island. Stroll 300m to Fingal Bay Beach and Surf Life Saving Club, where you’ll discover a café, restaurant, and children’s playground. Fingal Bay Panorama has two-and-a-half bathrooms, two living areas, including a games room with a pool table, three bedrooms, and two sofa beds, allowing it to sleep up to six adults and four children. This contemporary holiday home is only a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay and close to all Port Stephens’ attractions and activities.
The top level encompasses the open plan lounge, dining room, and opulent fully equipped kitchen, which all have breath-taking 180 degree views of the seascape, and flow out onto the large, undercover viewing deck where you can watch the sunrise as you take in that awesome view. The lounge room features a fireplace you’ll be tempted to curl up in front of with a wine, while also on this level is a powder room and the ensuite master bedroom which is blessed with the same glorious water views.
The middle level is made up of two bedrooms, one of which has those delightful sea views, a double-basin family bathroom, a study nook with a glistening water vista, and a sofa bed suitable for two children which has a bifold doors, plus there’s a fabulous games room with a pool table, TV, and a sofa bed suitable for two children.
Fingal Bay Panorama is air-conditioned, has a double garage and off- street parking, free Wi-Fi, a lift, and a laundry with washer and dryer. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and fluffy white towels for your bathrooms. The grassy backyard is fully enclosed and backs onto unspoilt bushland with towering gums and beautiful Gymea Lilies. This tranquil area is perfect to unwind and enjoy the flickering flames in the fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows with the kids - what an ideal way to end the evening after a day playing in the waves.
Fingal Bay Panorama has soul nourishing panoramic water views and Fingal Bay Beach is a 300m stroll away. This patrolled family-friendly surf beach has recently been named by Tourism Australia as one of Australia’s top 20 beaches, and at low tide you can even walk along the Fingal Spit to access Fingal Island. ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 Adults 4 Children. The sofa beds will be added to accommodate guests 7, 8, 9 and 10.

Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $1500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

The property is a gem with beautiful views and great amenities. We would definitely stay in the property again. There are a few annoying quirks including the automated booking system that does not connect seamlessly causing confusion e.g. we organised a late check out but then received an automated SMS setting out an earlier check out time. Also take spare toilet paper rolls as there is only a supply of one toilet roll per toilet. Other than these quirks we loved our Panorama experience.

We had a wonderful stay in Fingal Bay. The house was in a great location, very close to the beach, with stunning panoramic views that made the stay feel extra special. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely love to come back.

Arrived after long day to find beds unmade and basic provisions not supplied. Was resolved after phone calls and later night delivery. For all the texts and emails we received confirming our arrival apparently not same verifications with housekeeping being ready for our arrival. Property was as advertised with panoramic ocean view and would have liked to stay there longer.
