Classic Stowe Ski Chalet chalet

It was almost perfect for us as a family of 4. We had a large car which was important. Without a car travellers would struggle. We liked so much : The fresh tulips when we arrived. The use of essentials for our visit. Comfortable beds. Great views and gas fire was perfect. TV steaming so everyone happy. Lots to do and information in the chalet were very helpful. I needed a hot water bottle for some direct heat to an injury. I couldn’t find one, I asked the guest services and one was delivered the next day. Very kind and helpful. Made our great trip even more special.

It was very cold (in the bedrooms) when we arrived and it took me a while to work out how to turn the heating up. The little heaters and extra blankets we found and were very thoughtful. Warmed up nicely once we worked it out :) We never worked out how to turn on the dining room over table lights. Not important but it completely foxed us. Wasn’t too important as the other lights were sufficient.

The house was perfect for us. Close to the mountain, clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect about this property. It was home away from home. The chalet was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed from the well-equipped kitchen to the linens. Loved the location, it’s private yet close enough to town.
