About this bed and breakfast
My carriage house is in the quiet heart of downtown Greenville, minutes walking distance from Main Street, BS Wellness Arena, & the Swamp Rabbit Trail starting in Cleveland Park.
Most importantly, my property is super clean. I wash all linens & disinfect well before each & every guest.
The light filled interior is traditional decor with all the amenities—high speed internet, cable, brand new 55” Samsung smart TV, brand new Casper queen bed, brand new Zinus sleeper sofa mattress, walk in closet, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and even extra parking.
The Carriage House has an amazing LOCATION—nestled behind a national historic home (built 1917) in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes walking distance to everywhere you want to be in downtown Greenville. And the Swamp Rabbit Trail starts in the neighborhood right behind The Carriage House in Cleveland Park. My guests have raved about the location—read the reviews! It’s just minutes walking distance from Bon Secours Wellness Arena, Falls Park, The Peace Center for the Performing Arts, Fluor Field, fantastic restaurants and breweries, downtown shopping, the Saturday Farmers Market, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Cleveland Park, the Greenville Zoo, both Prisma Healthcare and St. Francis Hospital systems, and Publix. My carriage house apartment is in the historic Pettigru District of Greenville which provides a pleasant walk in a charming neighborhood.

The accommodations were superb..just as described in the listing! The location was within walking distance of downtown and all major attractions. The host couldn’t be more inviting and accommodating. You would not be disappointed.

Beautiful, updated yet cozy apartment that is so convenient to all the downtown area. Walkable to Reedy River Walk and shopping and dining. Cammie is a fabulous host and the accommodations were even better than we imagined.

This property is great. I could stay for a week. Will note that there is a downstairs property as well and the courtyard is a shared space. Location just could not be better and so much easier to park versus the craziness at the downtown hotels.
