Extra space, kitchen, parking. Overall you really can't beat the value for the price but there were some negative things.
These are the things that lowered my score.
Too cheap to provide basic supplies such as no paper towels in the kitchen. So when you make a mess in the kitchen you have no way to clean it up until you go to the store.
Only one hand towel in the bathroom. Not adequate when room service is only one day a week.
Soap (body wash) dispenser in the shower was almost empty when I checked in on a Friday night. With no room service until the following Friday I had to find someone on day one to give me more. Shampoo and soap should be fully topped off before every check in.
No luggage racks anywhere so you have to live with all of the suitcases on the floor which was annoying. Also no dresser in the bedroom to use drawers which would have been nice for a 9 day stay like mine. There were shelves in the closet but not adequate for more than one person.
Laundry room had no single wash detergent packs to buy. So I had to buy an entire small jug from the store just to do one load of laundry.
No place to dispose of garbage on the first floor. Had to go up to the second floor to the trash room.
