It was clean and convenient to downtown and the Furman.
Staff after 9 seemed to disappear. Pool was closed and website didn’t mention that. One main reason I picked this hotel. Didn’t receive housekeeping and asked for towels 2x and never received

The TV was not in working order. No one told us the room keys could not be near your phone. My husband corrected the toilet that the water was running all the time.

Location
When we checked in on Saturday it appeared that only one elevator was working. When we checked out on Sunday both elevators had signs saying out of order. Taking luggage down 4 flights was not how I planned starting my day!
