Check in was smooth and the front desk employee was friendly and professional. Our stay was 3 nights and we were greeting each time when entering. Breakfast had good choices and area was very clean. Attendant was visible. Room was clean and bathroom clean and stocked.

The location was great.
The first room we were given was dirty. Still had the dirty towels and unmade bed from the night before. It had not been cleaned. We requested a new room and was given one that had been cleaned. Although I did wonder if the sheets were clean because they did not smell fresh.

The hotel itself was great, staff were helpful, room was spacious, bed was comfortable
There was not enough towels and had to ask several times and took the whole day just to get towels.

Bathroom was gross had hair in it, was a bug crawling on the floor. Only reason didn’t complain was told was the last room they had available
