We like
the geographical position: 10 min from the beach and 10 min to the center of the city;
fixed parking that allow us to travel if we want
balcony overlooking the see (partly covered by pines) where you can dine enjoying the sunset
spacious living room
equipped kitchen
a lot of information about the region
very welcoming host and lady who passed the keys
We didn't like:
deposit requested (we don't remember it in the conditions)
decoration of living room and sleeping room
bar table and bar chairs in the kitchen
a noisy road in front of the living room

Comfort and equipment. Good location. Convenient parking.
Only two pillows. No fan.
No rubbish bin in the basement as stated.
