About this apartment rental

Privileged environment, in a 19th century villa, apartment (large studio with mezzanine) with ecological materials, bright and sunny, double southern exposure, with sea and Montebello views, combining the charm of old and modern. Enjoying a large collective terrace reserved for the occupants of the villa, by the beach and a private cabin. It is a few minutes' walk from the town center, restaurants and the casino. And from the villa there are lovely walks, horse rides ... Car not essential.
Security deposit of 400 euros required on arrival.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La vue est tres agréable sur de très belles propriétés et sur la plage de coté. L'appartement est très lumineux. Tout se fait à pied !

Petit appartement, charmant, propre et confortable, donnant sur la plage pour y passer toute la journée si on le souhaite. Mezzanine spacieuse qui a permis à mon petit fils de s'imaginer comme dans un bateau pirate. Merci.

Trouville est une magnifique destination. Le studio est parfaitement situé pour visiter trouville et deauville à pied. La terrasse collective fait face à la mer et promet de chouettes aperos face au soleil couchant. Nous avons toutefois été déçus car : - Il n'y a pas de chambre contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce - La mer n'est visible que de la cuisine en se collant à la fenêtre - Le studio est au premier étage (pas d'accès direct sur la terrasse). - Internet (et la tv) ne fonctionnaient pas Tout cela n'aurait pas posé de problème si nous n'étions pas en week-end avec un bébé par temps pluvieux... L'annonce mérite selon moi d'être corrigée pour éviter d'autres méprises.
