About this house rental
Want to sea? We suggest you take advantage of the Ile d'Oléron for holidays with family or friends. This house was renovated in 2015 and it can accommodate 8 people. On one level, it is composed as follows:
Entrance with kitchen (full equipment), dining room, living room and utility room.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 180, or 2 single beds with a bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed of 180, or 2 single beds with a bathroom
Bedroom 3 and 4 (covered passage from outside): 2 double beds 180, or 4 single beds with a bathroom serving the 2 bedrooms.
A large fully enclosed garden with terrace and covered courtyard (accessible only in summer).
Free and direct access to the tennis court next to the house. Direct access to the beach by a path (no road to cross). Bike paths at the foot of the house.
Sailing school and surf school on the beach.
Parking for cars in the garden. Access to downtown, market, 5 min by car or 15 min by bike.
Household linen and end of stay cleaning are optional (to do with the concierge). A deposit of 1500 € (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival.

Very clean and well equipped house with everything needed in the kitchen. Very efficient and powerful shower. It is within walking distance of a pretty sandy beach but a car or bike is needed for any other trips and for shopping/restaurants.Vrbo site says bed linen and towels are provided but we were charged 40 euros extra for these for just two people. The owner said there was an issue with the translation into English but the French Vrbo site also says they are included so this was a surprise.Good reception on arrival from very pleasant concierge and also when leaving. Recommend this house for a holiday but hope they sort out the information about paying extra for sheets.

Maison très fonctionnelle et idéalement placée. Plage à pied, tennis, pistes cyclables. Parfaite pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Une jolie maison dans un jardin très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les aménagements extérieurs et la proximité de la plage. Location parfaite pour des vacances réussies !

Beaucoup d’espace pour huit personnes aussi bien intérieur qu’extérieur. Un auvent très bien aménagé permet d’y passer d’excellents moments.
Beau jardin bien fleuri et ombragé.
On reviendra.
