A beautiful and bright newly renovated villa in a typical French village of Provence, very close to Avignon and its famous Festival, “Palais des Papes” et “pont Saint-Bénézet”.
The village is located in a triangle between Arles, Nîmes and Avignon where nature and sport activities are in proximity (hicking in the “Alpilles”, fishing in the Barreau or Peiroou lake, canoë /kayak in Collias or in the Pont du Gard, having fun at an aquapark in Monteux, exploring Camargue national park or biking in the Mont Ventoux).
The area has many cultural sites to see such as Saint Remy de Provence, les Baux de Provence and several historical Roman ruin sites in Arles, Nîmes and le Pont du Gard.
Closest beach is located at Saintes Marie de la Mer.

 Fully equipped kitchen with new fridge/freezer, induction stove, electric oven, microwave, new dishwasher, Nespresso maker, toaster, water boiler and rice steamer.
 'Starter Kit' to welcome guests: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, mineral water, some charcoal and wood for barbecue and firepit. Dishwasher and laundry tabs, paper towels and toilet paper, shower soap and shampoo 2-in-1 are also in the kit.
 Washer, dryer and ironing board with iron, outdoor and indoor clothes racks.
 2 toilettes and a bathroom with a large rain shower and hairdryer.
 Air conditioning available in living and dining room.
 Every window and door are equipped with screens.
 Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and large built-in closet. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds 90 x 200, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds 80 x 200 and bedroom 3 has 1 double bed 140 x 200.
 Individual sleeping duvets for 6 people, with two pillows per person. Pillows and duvets are anti allergen and feather free. All newly installed quality mattresses.
 Centralised ADSL Internet (Wifi included) and TV (both cable and satellite)
 Desk with large computer screen available. (VGA plug is provided by default)
 All in-house linens are included. Outdoor sun bathing towels are available for rental – 5EUR per towel.

Availability:
There is a concierge who will greet guests upon arrival and show around the house and amenities.

Hosts or a concierge will be available for contact in case of emergency or problems with the accommodations.

Concierge is at disposal of guests, but service not included in the rental.

Other things to note
Automatic watering of the garden is done twice a day, early in the morning and late at night during the hot season.
The cleaning costs are forfeited on a 4hour basis. The complete household linen Dry Cleaning is forfeited at 90EUR.
In the event that the house is returned in such a state that additional cleaning is required, additional cleaning hours will be charged on the basis of 25EUR per hour of cleaning from the start of the 6hours of cleaning.
Surveillance or recording devices on property
Security camera in entrance and side corridor, linked with the alarm system. Alarm system is not used or activated during the time guests are staying.
No equipment at disposal for babies and young infants.
