Very beautiful Provençal family house with private pool located in a quiet area of the village of MAILLANE in the heart of the Alpilles, just 5 minutes from Saint Rémy de Provence.
The AMAVEA villa renovated in 2025 with taste and love has about 210m² of living space. It combines authenticity and modern comfort.

You will be warmly welcomed in this haven of peace which offers all the necessary comforts.
Upstairs, the air-conditioned sleeping area includes:
Bedroom 1 of 21m² with double four-poster bed 160x200cm
Bedroom 2 of 18m² with double bed 160x200cm
Bedroom 3 of 18m² with 2 single beds of 90x200cm (possibility of joining them to the request)
A bathroom with a large Italian shower, a double sink and a corner bath.
A separate toilet
Its location on the edge of the village will allow you to reach the center in 3 minutes on foot (Restaurants, bars, grocery store, laundry and free parking). It will delight you with its location and its authentic charm.

This beautiful property without vis-à-vis is located on a fully fenced plot of 400 m².
The south-facing terrace is covered with a refreshing wisteria slightly overlooking a beautiful lawn for the pleasure of young people and seniors.
You can cool off in a 3.50 x 7m swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter.
Under a beautiful olive tree, you will find a quiet reading or rest area, next to the terrace.
At the back of the laurel, in the shade, is installed, a full stainless steel plancha equipped with its utensils as well as a covered area to dry laundry.
