Comfortable welcoming stay.
Wonderful attic room. Spotlessly clean. Fresh bedding, tea coffee etc. Shower room with toiletries.
Fantastic big gut buster full English breakfast with the best sausages I've had in years. Cereals yogurt toast etc.
Wonderful scenery with walks direct from the door.
25 min steady walk to local pub.
10 mins drive to Kirby Stephen station for settle carlisle railway.
Will definitely return.

Angela is a great cook and host. Cooked breakfast was made from good quality local produce. There was also a wide choice of breakfast options for a wide range of dietary needs too.

Value for money.
The beds were too soft and you could feel the springs digging into you.
The room was so unbelievably small. Low beams and light fixtures dangling from an already low ceiling are dangerous if your taller then a church mouse.
