• Dogs only; 25 lbs or less
• Well-trained, non-aggressive breeds only
• Pets are not allowed on furniture
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets in the yard
We may consider larger dogs on a case-by-case basis — please contact us in advance to discuss.
A $125 pet cleaning fee (+ Florida tax) applies to all reservations with pets. This fee covers the additional deep cleaning required to ensure the home remains comfortable and allergy-friendly for all guests.

Perfect rental house with various benefits. Owners go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to know and have for a great start to your stay(snacks/toiletries/starter items). The house was comfortably furnished and in a good location, allowing for easy walking to several places, including restaurants, parks, and shopping. I'm very happy with the rental and would rent again if I'm in the area.

Our stay was actually visiting family, but having our own space was an added bonus.The house was just what we needed, there was everything we needed to host as well as just enjoy the. Peace and quiet. The house was also in a good location for walking to the town shops…

We were lucky enough to find this cottage a few weeks before we finalized our trip to Safety Harbor.The cottage is adorable and was well equipped and very clean.The beds were super comfy and the sheets very soft.The owner did a great job supplying it with everything you would need and he even had 2 chilled wine glasses and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge - now that's a great host, thanks John!All of the downtown shops and restaurants were within walking distance.Our favorite spots to eat in town were - Bar Fly Saltwater Grill, The Sandwich on Main, Gigglewaters, Daydreamers Cafe, Water Oak Grill.A short car ride away we hit - Little Lamb Gastropub, Broken Egg Cafe, Hog Island Fish Camp, Lucky Lobster Company, Frenchy's Outpost, Pisces Sushi, Whiskey Joe's, Cigar City Brewery and The Restorative (very small need reservations) The sunset views at The Fenway Hotel or The Olde Bay Cafe (both in Dunedin) can't be beat.Don't miss the sunrise on the pier in Safety Harbor either - great way to start the day.A trip to Honeymoon Island State Park is a must and after your day on the beach you can catch a sunset at the beach bar High and Dry.Can't wait to come back - our 3 weeks went so fast.Cheers!
