Tampa Bay Area Cottage w/ Gas Grill and Fire Pit!

The location of the property was very good. Quiet and walkable neighborhood. All in all, the place is tired. We came there wanting to prepare some Thanksgiving side dishes and the frying pans were scratched and not particularly clean. There were no food baking dishes, either. The one that was available had baked on food on the handles- not acceptable to take to a party. There were very few cooking utensils, too. The bathroom handles on the sink were extremely hard to operate and the shower handle was falling apart. It was cold while we were there and the blankets looked used and not laundered. The baseboards throughout the house were covered with dust and hair, it appeared that the cleaning service wasn’t doing its job. A lot of the woodwork in the place needed to be repaired and repainted. ( the sill behind the bed in MBR). Also, the 4 pm check in and 10 am checkout are not standard times for rentals and it made it very hard for travelers by complicating our travel planning.
