Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is amazing and property was very clean- only thing I recommend is having beach towels.

Everything was comfortable for the most part. The unit was beautiful but could have been more family friendly with less glass decor and furniture.
Washer/dryer are in one of the bathrooms connected to a bedroom so that was a little awkward. Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) were a little crowded on the balcony. Keep your condo car tag visible as they apparently check daily and will write a "warning" if it is not visible. Not sure how many warnings are allowed before towing.
Convenient to restaurants, etc. Beach was not too crowded, even on holiday week. Elevators were malfunctioning quite a bit with one out of three working at times; we were able to walk stairs to our 7th floor unit but the stairwell was very dark and dank. Pool and beach access were very nice.
