An upscale experience in one of Raleigh's most sought after areas to live in and only minutes away from many of the cities most popular venues.
This apartment is in a FANTASTIC location! Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC is within walking distance and some of the highest rated grocery stores are just minutes away to help you stock up for your stay. Five minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds. Ten minute drive to RDU International Airport. Apartment features include one guest suite with a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, wifi, Apple TV and local TV.
It is self check in so anytime you arrive is fine. I will always be just a phone call away if needed.
This apartment is located in the University Park neighborhood, a very sought after area to live in in Raleigh.
Fifteen minutes to Research Triangle Park and the Amtrak station. An Uber ride to most of Raleigh's restaurants, shopping and nightlife is usually between $5-$10.
Very close to all of the major music venues including PNC Arena, Walnut Creek Amphitheater, Red Hat Amphitheater, The Ritz and Lincoln theater.

No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the condo. It is only on the outside of the condo at each entrance, there are no cameras inside the condo. There is a noise monitoring device inside the condo, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

This space was great for our little group passing through town. The property was clean and well appointed. It does sit on a busy road that lent itself to some road noise later into the evening on a Saturday night. But otherwise was easy to get to and from everything we needed in town. Would recommend staying here.

My teenaged daughters and I stayed in the house for five days. Its location on Wade Road makes it perfect for vacationers––easy access to downtown while also part of a nice, walkable neighborhood with parks and trails a short distance from the front steps. The house itself is old but comfortable, with all the necessities for relaxing inside. We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen (which has all the basics for cooking), eating in the dining room, and relaxing in front of the tv after our daily adventures in Raleigh. Midge is a good communicator and everything was easy to find and use.

The house was very clean and adequate for our needs. As noted by prior guests, the layout is very odd. The larger bathroom is far away from either bedroom. Road traffic is very loud; bring a sound machine. Interior is clean and as pictured. Exterior shows the age of property.

It was clean well equipped. They only negative is the very busy corner that made getting in and out of the driveway difficult.
