About this house rental
This 1140 sq.ft town home is your home away from home! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the belt line close to ALL the major attractions. NC State University, Lenovo Centrr, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within a 1-4 miles. Enjoy the comforts of two queen bedrooms and one attached Jack & Jill bath shared between the two bedrooms . There is also a flat screen tv, high-speed internet/WIFI .

This was a convenient location near the Raleigh fairgrounds and art museum.The condo, and development are an older location. The unit itself is in good condition, but there were some things that were in need of fixing. I suggest fixing the bathroom fan and improving the upstairs shower. Also, it may help to have the ventillation ducts cleaned

While my first impression is the townhome is a bit tired and not as bright as the photo, the bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the area is quiet. If this location and price points fits your needs, go for it!
