This 1140 sq.ft townhome is your home away from home! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the beltline close to ALL the major attractions. NC State University, Lenovo Center, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within 1-4 miles. Enjoy the comforts of two queen bedrooms and attached Jack & Jill bath, complimentary wifi.

This property is an older property with cosmetic imperfections like flaking paint, a sliding door that can come off the rails, Being a garden unit an occasional bug can be encountered although we do regular pest treatments. If you are sensitive to these kind of issues please don't book with us. It was last renovated in 2017, so it due for an update, but we have kept it this way to be able to offer a more affordable option for guest that are looking for a central location with privacy.

Good location, central to venues and easy on and off to major rads. Neighborhood was nice.

This was a really nice little place! The bedrooms were upstairs and it was considerably warmer up there, however the place was nice and clean and I would book again if I were in the area.
