This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. We had a wonderful stay, the only issue we had was the bunk bed slats weren’t secured well and the trim on one of the dressers came off. Everything else was exceptional.

2nd time staying in this condo. Will stay again. Some things that can be improved: Master bedroom needs black out curtain on door to balcony like the other wall windows have; the dryer turns on/off numerous times at the end of the cycle; the microwave needs to be replaced, the maintenance man brought a temp microwave to use while we stayed; some areas of the property could use some TLC such as the jets in the hot tub at Beach Manor very few work; the lower pool at the gym water fountain very moldy and walls need paint/cleaning; the large pool with the bar/restaurant has a light out on the right side so dark when swimming at night.
