Le logement est bien situé ; proche des transports; bonne literie . Par contre, c'est bruyant on entend les bruits de la rue; la porte fenêtre du salon ne ferme pas et un dégât des eaux récent dans le cagibi a dégradé l'appartement (odeurs humidité et parquet abîmé ).
