Comfortable appartement near center and city market

The location is very good, the appartement is big enough and have all the facilities. Near metro and supermarkets. Thank you for our pleasant stay.

Key hidden in unlit underground bunker, in a box above your head

The elevator

The most bizarre hiding place for a key ever. Inside a totally dark, unlit underground garage, in a key box hanging over your head in an unmarked niche they call "box 4" but which is unlabelled when the door is open. Insisted on extra 15 euros just to drop my bags off early. Three shampoo packets, no body soap. Apartment was hot and still even with all radiators off. I cut hand searching for the key on the unlit bunker and no first aid kit since they claim guests steal them The wi-fi password is 16 random characters long. But the elevator was mice

wouldn’t stay here again

The kitchen was good/well-equipped, and the shower was excellent.

It was dusty and there were cigarette butts on the balcony. It absolutely needed air conditioning—the apartment retains heat and I would literally just lay in bed sweating. The double bed is firm/hard, and the couch cannot fit anyone over 67 inches sleeping on it. The washing machine is VERY small. There are many groups of men hanging around the neighborhood all day, every day.

Nice with some disappointments

It was spacious, close to the Rhone and to the metro.station. A small balcony..

The bed was small, 140×190. The appartmenr was not very clean. Furniture a bit outdated. The drain in the shower doesn't work properly, so you could only shower 2 minutes max, otherwise the water would run all over the bathroom floor. When I called the owners, they said it could not be arranged. This should have been indicated at the Booking description.

I would stay again here when I visit Lyon!

Location for us was really perfect. It is in Arabic quarter and we love arabic / islamic food! It is like 20-30 min. to walk to the main attractions as well. The Host is super friendly and very helpful. The apartment is in relatively old building, however the apartment inside is renovated nicely! It has a paid parking in the building!

To have a parking spot is super! however the garage for our BMW X5 was extremely tight. Very skinny lady only can get out of the car after parking in the garage. Toilet is very old, it works fine though.

OK however could be improved

The hosts, although only interacting online, they were helpful and instructions were clear. All what is in the photos and description was there.

The property looks newer on the photos than in reality mainly if you check the appliances, like the coffee machine, fridge or the toilet. In addition while on surface the appartment is relatively clean it was not true mainly for decorative pillows, underbed area or the coffee machine where the water dispenser was orange so we gave up on making coffee in the apartment.

Amazing apartment in Lyon

Very nice apartment near to both the Lyon Part Dieu station as well as the city center. It is exactly like in the photos you see on Booking with all the necessary staff for your stay there. The host too is very nice and the communication with them very easy.

Good option for a weekend stay in Lyon

The property was convenient and spacious for 2 people. It was within 15-30 minutes from historic attractions and shopping area. The owners were helpful.

The bed was a bit on the small side for 2 people but the place was functional as a whole.

Finding the keys was a challenge. Also it was cold in the evening and the communal heating in the building wasn't switched on. The host managed to convince the concierge to start the heating one day early...

Lovely apartment and lovely staff 😊

The apartment was very spacious and was very very well equipped! It entailed a huge sitting room, with a large balcony, a spacious bedroom with lots of cupboard space and a gorgeous kitchen that had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially when allowing us to check out a bit later than we had originally expected. Checking in was also made easy as we did not arrive until late at night and we were contacted the following morning to ensure we arrived ok. Top service! The location of the flat is directly next to metro line B, so it is very handy. Would definitely return!

This does not reflect on the apartment at all, but the only downside is the locations nearby, as it is very close to Guillotière. I was there with my partner that lives in Lyon, so luckily I was never left to wander around the area alone and he is aware of its surroundings. However, it can be slightly intimidating and chaotic.

A great choice for a less touristy Lyon experience, but ask for tax to be included upfront

Very attractive, comfortable and spacious apartment. Just enough personal touches to make it feel like home from home. Excellent location, very near metro station, food shops and other amenities. Honorê agency responds fast enough to email and text messages.

The “city tax” should be quoted upfront upon making the reservation. A few days’ worth of basic kitchen supplies (bin bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) would be welcome. Printed or email startup instructions such as for wifi and how to check out missing, but not a big issue.

OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO PER UN APPARTAMENTO

Bell'appartamento in una zona centrale e ben servita. Ottima la possibilità di usare il parcheggio. Nelle vicinanze c'è la metro e diverse attività commerciali. A piedi non è semplice raggiungere certe zone da visitare soprattutto in inverno.

La casa non era molto pulita ma la proprietà si è proposta di farla pulire subito la mattina dopo. Abbiamo fatto in autonomia e ci hanno scontato il parcheggio.

Stylischer Klassiker

Die Anreise mit dem Auto war unkompliziert, insbesondere das Parken mit dem Garagenstellplatz — mega! Die Lage ist relativ zentral man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. In relativ nahem Umkreis befinden sich einige brauchbare Restaurants, Bistros und Weinbars. Ein großer Supermarkt ist wenige Laufmeter entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und ganz stylisch gestaltet, sowie teilweise renoviert, obwohl die Substanz geschätzt schon aus den Sechzigern ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist okay.

Leider ist der Rolladen im Schlafzimmer defekt, ein Verdunklungsvorhang tut seinen Dienst. Unsere Vorgänger haben es mit dem Spülen nicht so gehalten. Aber irgendwas ist ja immer ;-)

Un bon séjour en centre ville qu'on pourrait refaire

Je pensais avoir une belle chambre équipée mais en fin de compte, c'était encore mieux, une T2 avec ce qu'il fallait pour être chez soi. J'ai aimé également la proximité avec un grand centre commercial ou les lignes TRAM et METRO.

J'ai souffert au début à cause du froid mais il s'agissait de chauffage centralisé et donc peut être revu.

Bonne situation à proximité d'une station de métro, boulangerie et autres commerces et restaurants. Immeuble tranquille, chambre côté cour très calme, grand séjour.

Un grand ménage de fond est nécessaire de la chambre à la salle de bains en passant par la cuisine. Volet de la chambre cassé et donc presque entièrement fermé sans pouvoir ni le fermer plus, ni le remonter.

Week-end à Lyon dans un écrin exceptionnel.

Appartement spacieux, au calme et particulièrement bien situé pour partir visiter la ville (station de métro à 200 m). Échanges très agréables avec l'hôte pour ma demande de place de parking (couvert et fermé). Le "plus" qui tue : l'appartement était chauffé dans sa totalité à une température confortable, rendant l'arrivée comme chez soi en venant de l'extérieur à 3-4°C. Détente instantanée.
